The new offices for the Coliban Water Authority involved the conversion of an existing Warehouse in the outer CBD area. The Offices accommodate various Departments, including Customer Service.  A dynamic entry area is highlighted by a sweeping portico with a roof that intersects the street.  Water features at street entry and in the Foyer greet customers and staff alike.  Staff facilities and car parking are located near the rear entry of the building.
