Major consolidation of personnel and facilities. The project consisted of evaluation of all existing Department of Primary Industries, AgVic, Mallee CMA and ParksVic facilities and businesses in Mildura, Red Hills and Irymple. Develop a Master Plan for their relocation at Irymple.

ESD design principles were a key component in the final design and building solutions. The project consisted of approx. 2,000 m² of new Office space, Laboratories and Library. Fitout and refurbishment of existing facilities, including upgrades of all infrastructure, data and communications to meet D.P.I. requirements.
