The new campus for the Australian Technical College is located on the corner of St. Andrews Avenue and Myers Street and is the first component to the urban form to address the newly presented City of Greater Bendigo CBD plan.  

The project encompasses the design and documentation of a 3 storey, 2000m² state of the art education facility.   Working closely with the client and the City of Greater Bendigo a tightly integrated site was developed to fully address the future urban form incentives as described in the CBD plan.

The building form developed addresses the urban vistas and environmental parameters, incorporating ESD principles and functional and flexible teaching spaces.
