With 3 out of 5 stages already successfully completed, this project is Stage 4 of a development which will ultimately see 122 serviced apartments, reception, cafe, conference facilities and underground parking be built in a prime esplanade position overlooking Westernport Bay.

Careful planning has seen all apartments take full advantage of the northerly orientation as well as capturing every available view of the water, beach and pier.

Being predominantly used as holiday accommodation, the building needed to contain a range of apartments catering for various occupant numbers, tastes and budgets.

The building contains 22 apartments, ranging from one to three bedrooms, extra large apartments with separate guest accommodation, a penthouse and a recreation room, all with elevator access.

It was crucial that guests of the apartments were given a welcoming, restful atmosphere in which to enjoy their holiday. The natural tones of the building and its stone blade walls were gleaned from its beachside surrounds while shiplap timber and porthole windows contribute to the nautical atmosphere of the seaside town's streetscape.
