The Bendigo Regional Institute of TAFE Charleston Road Campus consists of a number of buildings that accommodate specific trade learning areas.

The project involves the overall assessment of all campus facilities and their ability to deliver appropriate learning and teaching outcomes now and into the future.

The scope of works will involve the construction of new buildings, alterations and additions to existing buildings and some internal refurbishments of existing buildings.

The Masterplan will also address issues such as:

• Improving the functionality of the campus

• Improving the utilisation of existing buildings

• Improve administration efficiencies via the construction of an Arrival / Administration Hub Building

• Improve student facilities 

• Improve ‘connectedness' of campus buildings generally

• Improve overall site usage including examination of rainwater harvesting and water recycling

• Examine further ESD initiatives for the entire campus
