QV1 POOL

With uninterrupted views to the north of Melbourne, the pool and gym area to the QV Apartments in Central Melbourne was in need of a complete upgrade to the existing Pool and Gym area on the uppermost floor of the building. The emphasis was to both reinvigorate this well used facility by completely refurbishing spaces with new surface finishes that reflected a fresh, sharp look and feel with easily maintained surfaces and also an opportunity to address maintenance issues.

Remodelling of the pool area ceiling was also a key design feature along with tinted glazing for improved thermal efficiency.  This unique location in a trendy apartment complex provided it’s residents a stylish retreat to swim, work out or just relax soaking in marvellous Melbourne views.
